Some simple step to make chocolate ganache for little cuppies.....

Heat whipping cream

Next, take chocolate (any semisweet brand)
finely chopped and put in a heatproof bowl. 
Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate and let stand 5 minutes.

Gently begin to stir

Don't worry if it looks watery and lumpy, you didn't mess up

It looks like this!

Next, dunk your "oh, so chocolaty" cupcake 
(I'm getting excited here) into the ganache head first!

lift straight up, then give her a whirl
( a flick of the wrist)
